1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Trend AI Video (the "Service"), available at https://trendaivideo.com. Trend AI Video lets you create short "zombie couple" style videos from two photos that you upload. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of Trend AI Video.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

1. Google Sign-In data — If you choose "Sign in with Google", we request only the Google OAuth scopes openid, email, and profile. From Google we receive your email address, your name, your profile picture, and a unique Google account identifier. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
2. Email and password accounts — If you register with email and password, we collect your email address, the name you provide, and your password, which is stored only as a secure one-way hash.
3. Uploaded photos and generated videos — We collect the photos you upload and the videos generated from them, along with related task settings.
4. Payment information — Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited information such as the purchase amount, plan, transaction status, and the email associated with the payment. We never receive or store your full card number.
5. Cookies and sessions — We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session, plus preference cookies (such as language).
6. Logs and basic analytics — We automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and error logs, used for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate usage analysis.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication — to create your account, sign you in, and keep your session secure.
• Providing the Service — to process your uploaded photos, generate videos, and show you your creations.
• Billing — to process purchases, credit balances, and subscriptions, and to keep transaction records.
• Support — to respond to your questions and requests.
• Security and abuse prevention — to detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service, and to keep the Service reliable.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Google User Data

Information we receive from Google Sign-In (email, name, profile picture, and Google account ID) is used only to sign you in and identify your account on Trend AI Video, and to display your name and avatar inside the Service.

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, including personalized or retargeted ads.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to operate the Service (for example, our hosting provider), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Trend AI Video's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, database, and file storage for uploads and generated videos.
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• AI model provider — your uploaded photos are sent to our AI video generation provider solely to generate the video you requested.
• Google — authentication when you use Google Sign-In.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

• Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. All traffic to and from the Service is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed, and sensitive configuration is encrypted.
• Account data is kept for as long as your account is active.
• Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept so you can access your creations, and are deleted when you delete them or delete your account.
• Payment and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
• Logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

• Delete your account and data — email support@trendaivideo.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account, Google Sign-In data, uploaded photos, and generated videos within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
• Revoke Google access — you can remove Trend AI Video's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
